Settings → Billing → Invoice History

Each invoice shows

- Date - Amount - Plan - Payment method - Status (Paid/Pending/Failed)

Download PDF

Click "Download" on any invoice.

Automatic emails

You receive invoices via email: - On payment - On failed payment - On refund

Business info

Add company details to invoices: Settings → Billing → Company Info - Company name - VAT number - Address

Tax

- Egypt: 14% VAT - EU: Reverse charge for B2B - Others: no tax

Refunds

Contact support within 14 days. Refund processed in 5-7 business days.
